One of the unique joys of the holiday season is all of the fun and extremely impressive light displays in Greater Lowell. It's a wonderful and safe family experience to drive around our local communities to enjoy the amazing efforts of local homeowners. Their beautiful displays are so appreciated and bring so much joy!
Here's a list of addresses for annual holiday light displays that I've compiled from local news groups and other resources. If you know of others or any of these are not running this year, please email me at mackidlexingtonlowell@macaronikid.com so that I can update this article. Important: our coverage area is Lowell, Dracut, Billerica, Tewksbury, Tyngsboro, Chelmsford, Westford, Littleton and Groton so we have not included decorated homes in surrounding towns like Pelham, Methuen, Andover, etc.
Note that most of these displays are off by 9 PM, especially the ones set to music, since they're located in residential neighborhoods. Some accept charity donations, so bring some cash and some non-perishable food donations.

Back in 2016, my daughter and I visited some displays in Littleton, Tewksbury and Billerica and created the video below. The display on Pratt Street in Billerica is set to radio music and is absolutely amazing; it starts at about 3 minutes in. Note that this video contains copyrighted music.
