Fall is upon us with leaves turning, crisp nights and some of our favorite family activities! Check out these fun, local places offering apple picking, corn mazes, hayrides, pumpkin patches and more.
Note: please do not bring your dog to the orchards; they cannot allow dogs into the orchards and pumpkin fields per health regulations, so you'll have to leave your four-legged friend in the car.
COVID Updates: All individuals over 2 years must wear a mask. Please maintain social distance between your group and other groups. Hand sanitizer and/or hand-washing stations are available at all orchards. Unfortunately, no snacking or sampling while picking is allowed this year.
Open 10 AM to 5 PM every day through the end of October. Hay rides. apple picking, pumpkins and farm stand with mums, corn stalks, honey and maple syrup. Wagons to the orchard run daily. The orchard recommends picking on weekdays if at all possible due to fewer visitors. Reservations are not required for picking.
Open daily 9 AM to 6 PM, with apple-picking from 10 AM to 5 PM. Farm stand with fruit, vegetables, baked goods, decor and more. Cash only; no credit or debit cards. Note, there are no hayrides to the pumpkin patch in 2020.
Opening September 19. Corn maze, apple orchard, animal viewing area, farm stand and pumpkins. Farm animal viewing area included with maze, apple or pumpkin purchase. Open on Saturdays and Sundays only from 10 AM to 5 PM. Note that there will be no hayrides in 2020.
Apple picking and potato digging Wednesday to Sunday from 10 AM to 5 PM. Cider doughnuts and other baked items and corn maze. Hayrides available on weekends, with limited capacity (those who can walk to the orchard, about 5 minutes, are asked to walk to allow space for seniors, those with limited mobility, and families with young children).
Apple picking daily from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Bring your own bag and pick by the pound. Check Today on the Farm for daily updates.
Pick-your-own apples and pumpkin patch daily 9 AM-4 PM. Farm store with doughnuts, ice cream, baked goods, and fruit is open until 6 PM. Check the Pick Your Own page for daily updates.
Pick-your-own apples 10 AM-5 PM daily through late October. Also Christmas trees. Farm stand with apples, honey, cider, maple syrup, and pumpkins.
Pick your own apples daily 10 AM to 4 PM. Cider doughnuts available but may not be consumed on the farm. Wagon rides to the pumpkin patch are not available in 2020; however, a large selection of pumpkins are available to choose from. For purchases from the farm store, please shop online and pick up curbside. Some products are also available outside on the covered porch.

Families are encouraged to visit on weekdays (Tuesday to Friday 10 AM to 4 PM) when the farm will be quieter, and there will be free hayrides and other weekday-only options.
Pick-your-own apples, flowers, and pumpkins Tuesday through Sunday 10 AM-5 PM, closed Mondays. Call ahead or check Today's Farm News for current picking conditions and hours as some varieties may be picked out earlier in the day. Farm store and outdoor store annex with doughnuts, baked goods, fruit, vegetables, jams, cider and more. Hayrides have limited capacity; groups who can walk are asked to in order to save space for those who are less mobile. Farm animals and ice cream stand. Note that the hay maze and tractor course will not be available this year.
Open daily 10 AM-5 PM. Apples and pumpkins. Mums available for purchase. On weekends apple cider and cider doughnuts are available. No tractor rides in 2020.
Entrance to the pick-your-own orchard is off of Chamberlain Rd. Pick-your-own on weekends only from Labor Day to Halloween, 10 AM-5 PM. Farmstand with picked fruit, honey, pies, vegetables, jams and more open from 10 AM-5 PM. Check their Facebook page for the latest updates, since hours/days can change.

This no-frills orchard is open weekends from 9 AM to 6 PM through late October. 26 varieties of apples are available.

This 400-acre farm features 100 acres of apple trees, pumpkin-picking, beautiful walking trails with scenic overlooks, and a Farm Market with local fruits and veggies, maple syrup, and baked items.
This pick-your own farm has a HUGE farm market in a 200-year-old barn, roasted corn and other hot food items, farm animals, tractor rides, and corn mazes. Follow it up with a drive along the coast in NH and through beautiful foliage.
