Description
Nashua's Winter Holiday Stroll takes place each year in Downtown Nashua on the Saturday after Thanksgiving.
The event began with a small congregation of passionate Nashuans, enjoying a candle lit stroll along the sidewalks from City Hall to the Hunt memorial building. The Stroll has grown to one of the largest holiday celebrations in the region, attracting over 25,000 strollers each year. Today, we enjoy a candle lit stroll led by Santa & Mrs. Claus up Main Street, the city Christmas Tree lighting at the Hunt Memorial Building, dozens of indoor and outdoor performers, great food, fun games, attractions, live ice sculpture carving, and more! Many look forward to this event as a homecoming here in the heart of Nashua - greeting familiar faces along a large area of Downtown that is closed to pedestrian traffic for the evening. This event is presented in partnership by the City of Nashua, and Great American Downtown.
Nashua's Winter Holiday Stroll would not be possible without the support of our talented performers, community groups, our business community, and city staff.
We're excited to announce the addition of the Artist & Artisans Holiday Bazaar, and open air market during the Stroll, featuring a wide variety of local products and art!
