Join the Lowell Housing Authority and Lowell Parks & Conservation Trust as the Eco-Mobile brings a third year of Earth Day festivities! Participate in an outdoor scavenger hunt and other hands-on activities! There will also be a limited supply of gift bags for attendees, first come, first served.
