On Saturday, August 19, the Lowell Southeast Asian Water Festival returns to the Sampas Pavilion/Heritage State Park on Pawtucket Boulevard from 9:00AM to 6:00PM. A free cultural event that attracts thousands of spectators from all over the country, all are welcome to enjoy the blessings, foods, crafts, performances and (of course) the boat races.
The Lowell Southeast Asian Water Festival, Inc. is dedicated to the preservation, protection and sharing of cultural heritages of the Southeast Asian Americans in the Greater Lowell area of Massachusetts.
