Ring in the holidays in downtown Lowell with this year's City of Lights Celebration! Stroll around downtown and enjoy the festivities including a magic show, hot chocolate competition, photos with Santa, and indoor movie. Get your spot along the parade route, from Jackson Street to City Hall. The area's only nighttime parade offers bands, marching units and a variety of festive floats. This event marks the City's official start to the holiday season! Click here for the schedule and full list of activities. * Santa will be at City Hall for photos from 1:00pm - 3:00pm!
Free Parking in all Downtown Garages Saturday, November 26th. No street parking after 2pm.
