Join Janice Merion-Billings, LICSW and Rachael O’Toole, LICSW from True North Therapy as as they lead an interactive and educational workshop that is intended to help you learn practical techniques to reduce and best manage anxiety in your teens. Teenagers may experience excessive anxiety and unfortunately, with anxiety rates increasing, it is sometimes difficult to effectively manage worries and anxious thoughts. This workshop will focus on the nature of anxiety in adolescents, signs of anxiety that parents can look for, and how parents can help alleviate their children’s anxiety.
