The Fitzpatrick Collaborative (TFC) is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit established in 2018 to partner with the Town of Pepperell to transform the former Peter Fitzpatrick School into a thriving community center providing Arts, Education and Recreation programs for community members of all ages.
At Summer Fun at the Fitz, we have flexible options to help you customize your summer with the care YOU need for your 1st through 6th graders!
Join us for Full or Half Days (hours below) and choose your weeks or days, or register for the full 8 weeks!
Camp Hours are from 7 am to 3 pm, with extended hours available from 7:30-9 am and 3-5 or 6 pm (depending on program).
Summer Fun at the Fitz Camp Themes:
Week 1, June 23 to June 27: Passport to the Summer
Sit back and relax while we travel the world learning about games, music, and sites to see in different countries.
Week 2, June 30 to July 3rd: Sparks Fly in the USA
Sparkle and fly while we learn fun facts about the Fourth of July! NOTE: There is NO CAMP on July 4.
Week 3, July 7 to July 11: Destruct and construct
Our engineering week! Try your had at engineering, as we dismantle electronic devices and examine parts. We will learn through creative and imaginary challenges.
Week 4, July 14 to July 18: Pirates and Treasures
This week is all about exploration! We will comb the Fitz Community Center for "treasure," learn about famous pirates and ships, while exploring the vast land and "sea" around the Fitz!
Week 5, July 21 to July 25: Fantasy and Mythology
Explore the world of Mythology with local author Annette LeBlanc Cate who will help us bring our "visions and fantasy" to life on paper!
Week 6, July 28 to Aug 1: Young Environmentalist
Explore the grounds of the Fitz and learn about the wildlife in our area, while learning about how to preserve our Earth and the natural environment around us!
Week 7, Aug 4 to Aug 8: Moving and Grooving
What is your favorite outdoor activity? We will be playing various outdoor games plus our "campers" favorite summer Sports.
Week 8, Aug 11 to Aug 15: Carnival
One last fun-filled week at The Fitz as we celebrate our wonderful summer adventures, and say goodbye to Campers and Counselors!
Notes:
- Children must be entering Grades 1 through 6 in the Fall of 2025
- Credit card fees apply (Check and Cash Payments are accepted!)
- $50 Registration fee per child. Child must be registered, with fee paid, prior to registering for the Summer Fun Program.
