SUMMER SHINES with WESTFORD RECREATION SUMMER WEEKLY PROGRAMS: KIDS CLUB AND DESTINATION EXPLORATION

Westford Recreation Summer Weekly programs focus on safety, positivity, and FUN. We support each and all of our children as they experience the new connections and adventures that only summer can bring. At Kids Club and Destination Exploration, children ages 4-13 enjoy activities that relax and engage, like arts & crafts at the Nab, or swimming and s’mores at Westford’s East Boston Camps. These lively, full-week programs are led by the Site Directors who run our popular WPC after school enrichment program, and are further staffed by energetic counselors, high school and college age.

Westford Recreation’s affordable summer programs offer flexible full-week schedules, plus early arrival, extended day, and swim lesson options. The programming taps into some of Westford’s finest resources, like Edwards Beach, Burge’s Pond at East Boston Camps, and Nabnasset School, with gymnasium, art room, game room, fields and hiking trails, plus a brand-new playground – all which provide a perfect home-base for a host of safe and exciting activities.

Both Site Directors and counselors are First Aid and CPR certified. Summer program waterfront activities are monitored by certified lifeguards specifically hired for Westford Recreation.

Positive youth development is the cornerstone for building enriching activities and relationships. At Westford Recreation, all children are supported as they continue to learn and grow.
