Since 1970, WestFit has been providing quality programs & services in and around the Westford area. We are a 60,000 square foot facility with a fitness center, group exercise studio, five indoor tennis courts and a 25 yard indoor heated pool.

- Futures Program (ages 3-12): Introduction to tennis and early skill development
- Junior Champs Program (ages 8-11): Building match play skills and technical refinement

WestFit offers group swimming lessons at our Dolphin Swim School for children ages 6 months and older. The purpose of the lessons are to teach safety awareness and swimming skills while they have lots of fun. Dolphin Swim School gives out Progress Reports, so you can track your child's progress as well as knowing exactly what level to register them for in the next session. Our Dolphin Swim Team competes in the Metro West League and swims against other sounding clubs. Children ages 6 -17 can swim on the team. We have 8 swim meets per season and championships.
