Arts Camp & Math Camp at Good Pickin' Farm This Summer

Good Pickin' Farm in Westford is now enrolling for their summer camp programs!

Good Pickin' Farm is dedicated to providing experiential learning for children, teens and adults through farming, arts, workshops, classes and recreation in an environment where nature and people connect.

Arts Camps

Good Pickin' Farm is offering four weeks of half-day arts camps for ages 8-12. Pair the Arts Camp with Farm Camp to make it a full day of fun!

June 27-July 1: Artsy Wizard Camp. Make a variety of magical crafts, including wands and needle felted Hogwarts pets. Get creative with clay, fabric and other media to make other fun Harry Potter inspired crafts.
July 5-8: Craft and Play Restaurant Camp. Use art materials to create a restaurant theme and design menus. Sculpt food, work together and enjoy creative play.
July 25-29: Little Pet Shop Camp. Experiment with a wide range of materials and techniques to craft animals and habitats.
August 15-19: Land of Magical Creatures Camp. Use a variety of media to craft sculptures and wall art with a fantasy theme.

Chicken Math Camp

Children in grades K-2 and 3-7 will work on fun projects at the farm for hands-on math learning in these half-day two-week camps. Chicken Math Campers are welcome to join Farm Camp before and after math camp. The Math Camp director is a math specialist with 17 years of teaching experience. She has a passion for connecting arts and nature-based curriculum with math and believes in the power of carefully crafted curriculum designed around a group process of learning to sustain the fire of curiosity in each learner.
