Young athletes in grades 3-7 can meet UMass Lowell athletes, learn new techniques, and enjoy a free UML River Hawks women's basketball game on Saturday February 26.
Every year on National Girls and Women in Sports Day, UMass Lowell Athletics holds free clinics for girls and boys in grades 3-7, followed by a River Hawks Women's Basketball game at the Tsongas Center. Registered children will go through different stations with several UML women's athletic teams and then watch the game for free afterwards.
To sign up for the clinics and game, go to http://goriverhawks.com/NGWSD. Check-in at the Tsongas Center starts at 3 PM. Clinics run from 3:30-4:15 PM, and the basketball game starts at 5 PM.
