St. Mark's Chocolate Festival is Back and To Go in 2022!

By Barbara Evangelista, Publisher February 2, 2022

For over 20 years, locals enjoyed the amazing chocolate treats at St. Mark's Episcopal Church's annual Chocolate Festival, timed perfectly for Valentine's Day.  We missed out on the chocolate treats last year, but the good folks at St. Mark's have reworked the festival for this year with the 2022 Chocolate Festival TO GO!  If you're planning a special Valentine's meal that weekend, a St. Mark's box of chocolate treats is the perfect way to end your meal plus the proceeds benefit local food pantries.

Purchase a box (or several) of delicious chocolate treats for $22 each and pick them up at St. Mark's on Saturday February 12 from 1 to 4 PM.  Each box is 8" x 8" x 4" and includes a variety of chocolate desserts, including cupcakes, candies and all kinds of chocolate treats. (They can't guarantee the items will be nut-free, FYI.)  A portion of the proceeds benefits the Westford Pantry, Lowell Food Pantry, and Loaves and Fishes food pantry at Devens.  Order your box online in advance to make sure you get one or, if there are boxes left on February 12, purchase them at the church on the day of the Festival.  If you can't make it to the church on February 12 to pick up your box, you can list someone else as the pickup person.  Or donate your box to first responders!

Add some raffle tickets on to your order and you may win one of 53 different prizes, including a Night on the Town package (dinner, concert and a night at the Groton Inn), gift cards to local restaurants, a Dinner and a Movie package, a spa treatment, golf outing and much more!  Raffle tickets are $2 each or 6 for $10.

See the St. Mark's Chocolate Festival TO GO website for more information and to order your box of chocolate treats!  FYI, if you prefer the "all you can eat, choose  your own" approach, the Lowell Winterfest All You Can Eat Chocolate Festival at St. Anne's Episcopal Church in Lowell is on Saturday February 19.
