Pre and Post Natal Yoga with Eleonora Cordovani

Yoga has many benefits for expectant and new parents:

Pre-natal yoga helps expectant parents to be in the best possible shape physically, mentally and emotionally, ready to welcome the new family member.  

Post-natal yoga can enhance parents' physical and mental well-being. Physically, the body needs care for recovery.  Yoga is an ideal, gentle way for new parents to begin physical activity after birth. Mentally, new parents might feel overwhelmed by all the new responsibilities, sleep deprivation, the sudden lack of time for themselves, and yoga can help with all the stress management. 

Eleonora Cordovani is offering safe, online pre-natal and post-natal yoga classes starting in April.  Classes are ongoing; sign up and join whenever you are ready.  A wonderful gift for an expectant or new parent!

Purchase one class for $20, or a 6-class package for $100 (1 class free).  The first class is always free.

Pre-natal Yoga: During the pre-natal class we will practice asanas (positions) with the necessary modifications, pranayama (breathing exercises), relaxation, and meditation.

Saturdays from 10:15-11:15 AM

Post-natal Yoga: Suitable from 6 weeks after delivery (8 weeks for C-section) up to 6 months.  Babies welcome!

Saturdays from 9-10 AM

About the Instructor: Eleonora Francesca Cordovani (She/Her) is from Italy, where she began her yoga practice. She moved to the US in 2012 and graduated as a Yoga Teacher in 2018. Her style is a slow paced and meditative Hatha Yoga. She has been focusing on perinatal yoga, trauma informed yoga, and inclusivity yoga. Eleonora also works in the Theater field and loves to blend Yoga and Theater in her teaching.
