March 13, 2019

For more than 37 years RGA has been teaching the beautiful sport of Olympic Gymnastics to children as young as 1 up to 18 in our state of the art facility. The basis of all sports starts with gymnastics. The gymnast learn to move their bodies, develop strength and conditioning, coordination, confidence along with having a fun time for all boys and girls.

RGA offers many programs for very different age groups, starting with:

PlayGym: A great way for a Parent working with their Child to learn about jumping, crawling, leaping, sliding working on gross motor skills and sometimes listening. Classes are 1 hour in length and run year round - 7 days a week.

Jr. Gym: Expanding on the PlayGym curriculum is our 3 to 5 year olds, who will enjoy learning on the larger apparatus. Lesson plans will assist the child(ren) on how to navigate a variety of apparatus, from Tumbling on the Tumble Trak, jumping on trampolines, vaulting into the foam pit, casting on bars, and more. The lessons are 1 hour in length, in smaller groups and usually repeats for two weeks as children learn by repetition.

Regular Gymnastics: Gymnasts attend 1 hour lessons to advance their knowledge and use of the apparatus. RGA has specific equipment for Girls gymnastics and Boys. Boys work on 6 different events, girls work on 4. Progression is always encouraged with positive coaching.

Teams: RGA has great team members aged 6 to 18. There are over 12 team programs for boys and girls. RGA Teams have won state championships in many divisions over 37 years.

Ninja: RGA has a Ninja arena with climbing walls, cargo nets, jumping, traversing etc.
