Adventure Code Academy Clubs ~ 11-20 Hours of Dropoff Fun for $100/Mo

Did you know that Adventure Code Academy in Chelmsford offers several drop-off clubs for kids age 6 to 14?  Each club is only $100 per month, which includes drop-off fun ranging from 11 to 20 hours per month depending on the club.  The clubs are a great option for after school or for a guided educational activity!

Clubs include:

Minecraft Club 

Kids will play on Adventure Code Academy's secure multi-player Minecraft server, with monitored access only for children enrolled in their programs.  Their Minecraft server allows "modding", Multiverses, and a wide variety of cool plug-ins.

Club members can book up to 20 hours of Minecraft play time every month during Adventure Code Academy's open hours (4-7 PM on weekdays and 9 AM to 2 PM on Saturdays). Just book 1 day in advance, and drop them off!  Club members can also access the ACA Minecraft server from home to play only with other Club members. 

Just $100 per month for up to 20 hours of drop-off fun!

LEGO® WeDoers Club (Ages 6-8 Yrs)

Focused on introducing curious young students to the limitless possibilities of “making” with LEGO® and LEGO® Education WeDo 2.0,  the LEGO WeDoers club provides members with the opportunity to play and learn with a variety of LEGO Kits that can be programmed using the WeDo application. LEGO WeDoers compete in the FIRST® LEGO® League Jr. competitions

The Club meets once a week for 3 hours and works under the guidance of a coach and mentor on their projects.  Club members can also book up to 8 additional hours of onsite LEGO play time every month during open hours (4-7 PM on weekdays and 9 AM to 2 PM on Saturdays).  Just call 1 day in advance to book your time, and drop them off!

LEGO Mindstormers Club (Ages 8-12 Yrs)

Focused on helping students transition into Robotics, this club provides an opportunity to transition seamlessly from WeDO 2.0 to the more advanced LEGO MINDSTORM EV3 programming. The LEGO Mindstormers club provides members with the opportunity to play and learn with a variety of LEGO Kits that can be programmed using the LEGO MINDSTORM EV3 application. LEGO Mindstormers compete in the FIRST® LEGO® League competitions.

ROBOTICS Club (Ages 10-14 Yrs)

Focused on more advanced ROBOTICS, this club provides an opportunity to explore and work with a wide variety of complex DIY and VEX Kits.  The programming is often done in C on an Arduino IDE.  ROBOTICS Club members  compete in the FIRST® Tech challenge and VEX EDR competitions and develop essential skills in teamwork, critical thinking and collective problem solving.

The Club meets once a week for 3 hours and works under the guidance of a coach and mentor on their projects.  Club members can also book up to 8 additional hours of onsite LEGO play time every month during open hours (4-7 PM on weekdays and 9 AM to 2 PM on Saturdays).  Just call 1 day in advance to book your time, and drop them off!
