I still remember -- 16 years later -- when our neighbors brought us a huge Edible Arrangement when my oldest son was born.  It was so thoughtful and just what I needed for those crazy days with a newborn when you don't know which way is up.  Having such a pretty arrangement of fruit and chocolate-dipped strawberries was such a treat, plus I had healthy snacks right at hand.

Valentine's Day is coming up in a couple of weeks. Imagine the delight on your loved one's face -- your mom, your partner, the kids! -- when they receive a beautiful arrangement like this from Edible Arrangements.  It's so special, plus it feels good to give something that's delicious and a healthy indulgence.  (And if you're following a gluten-free diet, like my daughter and I are right now, no worries, all arrangements are gluten-free!)
