Harmony Park is a family favorite of ours. Conveniently located in Chelmsford, the mulched playground is fenced in and has several different play structures. My kids especially love the pyramid rope climber and the webbed swing.
There are also both baby swings and regular swings. The regular swings are flat and comfortable for older kids and even adults.
There is an obstacle course rope structure that is great for older kids, and the slide structure with the spider web is fun for younger kids.
The park has a basketball court and a baseball field as well.
It is rarely crowded and there is usually plenty of parking. It is located next to a school, so during the school year the parking lot can get a little crowded because I believe the school shares a lot with the park. But it is a public playground and not just open to the school, and you can still go during weekdays.
There are five picnic tables located at the park, four of them being under a pavilion that provides shade.
As a little bonus, there's a fun trash can that kids will love to use!
My kids and I love Harmony Park and definitely recommend checking it out!
