- 8 cups of Graham Cracker Cereal (like Golden Grahams)
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 bag of regular size marshmallows
- 1 bag of mini marshmallows
- 1 cup of chocolate chunks (or chocolate chips or chopped candy bar)
Transfer mixture to a greased 9x13 casserole dish and press down. You can spray a small piece of saran wrap with cooking spray and use it to press the mixture into pan. While still warm, sprinkle the chocolate chunks over the top and then desired amount of mini marshmallows.
Toast the top. I used a kitchen torch to toast the marshmallows on top, but if you don't have a kitchen torch you can put the pan under the broiler for a few seconds. **Watch very carefully, it will not take long, less than 1 minute to toast those little marshmallows.
Allow to cool completely. Cut into squares for serving.
