Does your child want to be the next Beethoven or Jimi Hendrix? Does he dream of lighting up Broadway, or does she just want to have fun, learn and make new friends? Indian Hill Music School has a summer program that will excite and inspire!
Budding classical instrumentalists will thrive in our 2-week summerdaymusic program for ages 8 – 18. Our highly-trained faculty offer young musicians a creative environment to explore new instruments and styles, and share and perform music together.
Young rockers aged 10-18 will find the week-long summerrocks program is the perfect rock-band experience for beginners, as well as more experienced players. Here they learn to play better, expand their abilities, lead, support their fellow bandmates and try new things like improv, or our ipad ensemble!
Emerging actors aged 8 – 18 can take the stage in the multi-week summermusicaltheater program, produced in partnership with ArtsNashoba. Master showman Harold Hill is in town, and he's got "seventy-six trombones" in tow! Based on the timeless Broadway classic, The Music Man Jr. adapts this masterful musical for young performers! There are many fun roles, and a part for everyone!
And parents -- summer’s not just for kids! Indian Hill’s summernightmusic program offers adult instrumentalists weekly meetups to dust off those instruments and play in chamber groups with other like-minded adults.
